Assessment of current state of balance, constitution, and tendencies. Three week plan for improving sleep, nutrition, and exercise with follow up consult. Option to add Spring/Fall cleanse routines.

Reduce overwhelm, strengthen the nervous system, and steady the mind. Polyvagal strategies for recovering ease and calm using simple breath work, slow movement, and sensory awareness.
