Coming to Light: Focus, Practice and the Yoga Sutras

 

Yoga philosophy offers students a methodology for the development of physical and mental steadiness and ease. Through dedicated practice, a student attains strength of body and clarity of mind. In time, understanding and insight dawn from within. Calm empowerment slowly replaces scattered uncertainty.

This offering is ideal for 200-500 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings!

Develop a personal daily practice to improve balance, relieve low back discomfort, and feel better!

Let's meet in person or on Zoom to create your late Spring reset regime.

Focus areas can be specific clients, teaching skills, Yogasutra, Vagus System support, Ayurvedic Constitution and Lifestyle, developing a Meditation practice.

 

 Zoom or live option meetings support over the period of

1-4 months.
