Coming to Light: Focus, Practice and the Yoga Sutras
Yoga philosophy offers students a methodology for the development of physical and mental steadiness and ease. Through dedicated practice, a student attains strength of body and clarity of mind. In time, understanding and insight dawn from within. Calm empowerment slowly replaces scattered uncertainty.

INTRO TO ASHTANGA SERIES
Ashtanga yoga is a methodology for the unfolding of self-awareness. In the tradition of yoga, this practice of purification illuminates the mind and strengthens the body.

Guidance for yoga teachers, health care professionals and educators.
Focus areas can be specific clients, teaching skills, Yogasutra, Vagus System support, Ayurvedic Constitution and Lifestyle, developing a Meditation practice.

Zoom or live option meetings support over the period of
1-4 months.
