MENTORING
Guidance for yoga teachers, health care professionals and educators.
Focus areas can be specific clients, teaching skills, Yogasutra, Vagus System support, Ayurvedic Constitution and Lifestyle, developing a Meditation practice.
Zoom or live option meetings support over the period of
1-4 months.
$225/four one hour sessions
